Every design choice — from the large, sunlit windows to the native landscaping — aims to create a streetscape that feels timeless, familiar, and alive.

1. Anchor & Illuminate — Introduce beloved name-brand and local tenants, refresh street lighting and signage, and establish Bosque Boulevard as a welcoming gateway.

2. Renovate & Reinvigorate — Transform facades, improve walkability, and add community seating, green gathering areas, and art that tells Waco’s story.
